My Blueprint Supplement Routine and the Small Habits That Changed How I Feel
Share
I have been a Blueprint fan for years. As a mum and healthcare shift worker, I know how easily looking after yourself slips down the list. I was tired, overwhelmed by conflicting health information and struggling to feel like myself.
Coming across Bryan Johnson talking about his daily routine was a turning point for me. I became curious about what he ate, how he prioritised sleep and how he made looking after himself a consistent part of his day. I started bringing a few of those habits into my own life, and gradually noticed how much better I felt.

The simple things that drew me to Blueprint
What resonates with me most is the emphasis on sleep, nutritious food, regular movement and consistent routines. These are central themes in Bryan’s protocol, and they gave me somewhere practical to begin.
Sometimes it feels more socially acceptable to run on very little sleep than to say you are going to bed early. Blueprint helped me feel comfortable making my health a priority.
Over time, as I changed how I ate, moved and rested, I felt happier, healthier and more energised. The supplements became part of that wider routine, but those everyday habits were where it began.
I have also loved following Kate Tolo. Her work on a female specific protocol, built around female data and sharing what she learns for free, makes me even more interested in what comes next. As a woman, seeing that focus feels particularly meaningful.
Why I love my Blueprint stack
I have used my simple Blueprint stack for years. It was the option that fitted my budget, and making that pink drink became a morning ritual I genuinely looked forward to.
What I love most is the emphasis on ingredient quality, clearly specified doses and third party testing, with published results I can look at myself. Having those ingredients brought together in two capsules and one scoop makes my supplement routine feel streamlined and easy to stick to.
The Easy Stack combines Blood Orange Longevity Mix with Essential Capsules. Blueprint describes the mix as supporting focus and energy metabolism, and the capsules as supporting cellular energy and immune function.
For me, it is a simple, enjoyable way to start the morning and a little reminder to keep looking after myself throughout the day.

Making the routine work around real life
I keep things simple by preparing my supplements for the week in a tablet organiser. I have since added an omega supplement, too. If I have an early shift, I get everything ready the night before, including a dry portion of my longevity powder in a separate pot.
That is what habit stacking looks like for me. A little preparation makes the next healthy choice easier, especially when mornings are busy.
Start with something small
You deserve to feel good, and you do not need to copy somebody else’s entire routine to begin.
An earlier bedtime when your shifts allow it. Another meal cooked at home. A short walk or a manageable strength session. Choose something that fits your life and give yourself time to build on it.
Blueprint inspired me to start taking better care of myself. My morning stack is a ritual I love, and the everyday habits around it are what make the routine meaningful.
